First stop: The Hanging Church

We begin our tour with a visit to the Hanging Church, one of the oldest churches in Egypt, dating back to the 4th century AD. The church has a unique design built over the gate of an ancient Roman fortress, giving it the appearance of being suspended in mid-air.

Second Stop: Abu Sarja Church (Saints Sergius and Bacchus)
