Itinerary

Cairo Top Tours tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza at 06:00 AM to be transferred by a private vehicle to the Bahariya Oasis for about 4 hours of driving. When you arrive, you will begin your Desert Egypt safari tours by touring the Valley of the Golden Mummies which was built during the Greco-Roman time and has a mixture of mummies of ancient Egyptian rulers.

Also, see the rock-cut Tombs of Zed-Amun-Ef-Ankh and Bannentiu tomb, well preserved twenty-sixth Dynasty Tombs of the Nobles in Bahariya, the most majestic Temple of Ain El-Meftella which is located in the center of Bahria oasis, and Alexander the Great Temple who was known as Alexander of Macedonia who ruled the great Egyptian Empire only in his early 30th. After having a pleasant lunch, you will check in to the hotel for a leisurely afternoon and enjoy the hot spring at the hotel.

Before sunset, you will get to climb the Black Mountain by a 4WD Jeep to visit the English House relishing the scenic view of the Bahariya Oasis during sunset. Overnight in Bahariya.

Enjoy your Egyptian cuisine breakfast, then you will begin your Gara Cave Tours, 170 Km off-road to explore the ancient civilization, and passing by the Baharian Harra Village, enjoy the views of the desert, and have a tasty lunch on the way on foot of the sand dunes. Dinner will be served while enjoying the great atmosphere of the desert and overnight camping.

After having breakfast, you will move accompanied by your licensed tour guide to visit the Gara Cave known as (Djara Cave), a beautiful cave formed by rain corrosion within the limestone from nearly 55 million years ago. It has shining rocks. The water melted down the limestone to create the spectacular stalactites and stalagmites, artifacts and rock art also have been found here certainly proving human existence inside the cave throughout prehistoric ages, most probably during the late Neolithic era. Then you will get excited by an off-road drive to the beautiful Valley of Agabat, you will see the contrast between the large rocks of impressive white color and the golden sand that surrounds them in the Egyptian White Desert. After breakfast, Continue off-road driving to Ain Khadra's bubbling water spring, Ain Khadra is an ancient water well near the palm which stands alone on a hill surrounded by ceramics relating to the Roman, Coptic, and medieval ages. where we will have our yummy picnic lunch then we continue to the Santa tree (The Acacia tree) and drive within the limestone formations during our White Desert Tours, which is one of the most beautiful deserts in the world, Enjoy the beauty of the white limestone rocks that are completely cream-coloured, the figure of the sphinx, the whale, and the rabbit. Overnight camping in the White Desert which is entirely covered in white chalk-like sand.
